The package includes company name approval assistance, two Class 3 DSCs with compatible USB tokens, DIN applications for up to two directors where needed, MOA and AOA drafting, SPICe+ incorporation filing, normal MCA/ROC charges, agreed state stamp duty, Certificate of Incorporation with CIN, PAN, TAN and EPFO/ESIC registration through AGILE-PRO-S where applicable. **BASIC PLAN** Covers the full company incorporation process and the documents listed above. Normal government incorporation charges for the agreed package scope are included. **STANDARD PLAN** Includes everything in Basic, plus one GST registration application and MSME eligibility guidance. Udyam registration is free and must be completed by the applicant through the official government portal. TaxQue helps the customer understand eligibility and the self-registration process. **PREMIUM PLAN** Includes everything in Standard, plus three months of routine GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B return filing for one GSTIN, trademark search and professional filing of one trademark application in a single class, and an agreed ISO 9001:2015 certification engagement for one business location. The professional trademark application filing service is included, but the government trademark filing fee is payable separately. Trademark objections, hearings and additional classes are not included. **ISO 9001:2015 CERTIFICATION** ISO 9001:2015 was replaced by ISO 9001:2026 in September 2026. An initial accredited certification under the 2015 edition may be arranged only where the chosen accredited certification body permits it under the official transition timetable. The Premium package is intended to include the agreed initial certification assessment and certification-body audit charges for one confirmed site and scope, subject to a supplier quotation accepted before checkout. Certification is issued only after successful independent audit. Additional sites, major corrective work, repeat audits, surveillance audits, renewals and transition to the new edition are separate unless expressly agreed. **PACKAGE LIMITS AND EXTRA CHARGES \*** The package covers up to two directors/shareholders and authorised capital of ₹1,00,000. Additional directors, shareholders, DSCs or increased authorised capital may require extra professional charges, applicable statutory payments or additional state stamp duty. We will inform the customer and obtain approval before charging for any extra work. Normal government incorporation fees and the agreed state stamp duty are included for the standard package scope. Foreign directors, non-standard ownership structures, special licences and any materially different filing requirements need a separate quote. **EPFO AND ESIC** New companies normally receive EPFO and ESIC registration numbers through the SPICe+ linked AGILE-PRO-S process, except where ESIC registration does not apply because the company is in a non-implemented area. These registration benefits are included in every plan. Receiving registration numbers does not mean PF or ESI contributions are immediately payable. Ongoing employer compliance depends on the applicable statutory rules and workforce. **DELIVERY TIMELINE** The estimated 7–12 working days cover normal company incorporation after complete KYC documents, business details, office address proof, signed forms, DSC verification and customer approvals are received. Name approval, MCA processing, resubmission requests and certificate issue depend on the authorities. GST registration, trademark processing and ISO certification may take additional time. The included three GST return periods are completed over the relevant months after GST registration. **DOCUMENTS NEEDED** Customers must provide directors' identity and address proofs, PAN, contact information, proposed company names, business activities, office address proof, owner consent or rental documents where required, and shareholding and capital details. Additional documents may be needed for GST, trademark and ISO certification. **NOT INCLUDED** Ongoing bookkeeping, statutory audit, company income-tax return filing, ROC annual returns, INC-20A commencement filing, monthly PF/ESI returns, GST returns after the Premium three-month period, trademark objection replies, and annual ISO surveillance audits are not included. **APPROVALS AND CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY** The customer must provide correct information and approve all filings. Government authorities and independent certification bodies make their own approval decisions. TaxQue cannot guarantee a particular incorporation, GST, trademark or ISO certification approval date.
