It adds a fixed-asset and depreciation schedule, monthly cash-flow reporting and a three-month forecast based on the available figures, quarterly budget-versus-actual and basic financial-ratio analysis, and one scheduled 30-minute accountant review call each month. **TRANSACTION LIMITS \*** One accounting voucher counts as one transaction. Sales invoices, purchase bills, receipts, payments, journal vouchers and adjustments are counted separately. Bulk bank imports do not automatically make individual underlying transactions free or unlimited. The monthly limits are 100 vouchers for Basic, 250 for Standard and 400 for Premium. Extra transactions, additional bank accounts, extra GSTINs or significantly more complex bookkeeping require a separate quotation or plan upgrade. **DOCUMENTS AND CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES** The customer must provide accurate sales and purchase invoices, expense bills, receipts, bank statements, credit notes, debit notes, opening balances, cash records, GST information where applicable, and supporting documents for adjustments. The customer is responsible for supplying records for the previous month by the 5th of the following month where possible. We will flag discrepancies and request clarifications, but the customer remains responsible for confirming the underlying business transactions. **TIMELINE** Basic and Standard monthly bookkeeping reports are normally completed within 5–7 working days of receiving complete records. Premium is normally completed within 7–10 working days because of additional analysis. The timeline restarts or extends where missing documents, unmatched balances or material corrections require customer clarification. Year-end reports are provided after the relevant financial year has closed and all period records have been received. **SOFTWARE AND ACCESS** Bookkeeping is carried out in the mutually agreed system using secure, authorised access. Paid Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks or other third-party software subscriptions are not automatically included. Existing client licences may be used where technically and contractually permitted. **GST AND TDS CHECKS** Standard and Premium include bookkeeping reconciliation and issue identification for the agreed single GSTIN. TaxQue may identify mismatches in outward supplies, purchase ITC and applicable TDS entries, but the customer must provide GST portal data and challan details. GST returns, GST annual returns, TDS returns, corrections to previously filed returns and payment of GST/TDS are not included. Such filings require a separate engagement. **FINANCIAL REPORTS** Monthly Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, trial balance and MIS are prepared as internal management reports from available accounting records. They are not audited financial statements or statutory certificates. Cash-flow forecasts and budgets use information and assumptions supplied or approved by the customer and are estimates, not guarantees of future business performance. **SERVICES NOT INCLUDED** Statutory audit, tax audit, income tax return filing, GST return filing, TDS return filing, payroll processing, ROC compliance, physical stock verification, detailed inventory costing, CMA/project reports, loan applications, bank-sanction coordination, legal representation and unrestricted CFO advisory are excluded. Historical bookkeeping backlogs, reconstruction of missing accounts, software migration, multiple companies, e-commerce marketplace reconciliations and complex inventory accounting require a separate quotation. **BILLING AND SERVICE PERIOD** All plans are monthly subscriptions. Services cover the selected month's accounting period, subject to the agreed monthly transaction cap. Work for earlier months is not included automatically. **SERVICE QUALITY** TaxQue will maintain the agreed books, reconcile information supplied by the client and highlight issues needing correction. We cannot certify financial accuracy where supporting records are incomplete or incorrect. Final responsibility for authorising transactions and approving management information remains with the business.

Accounting and Bookkeeping Services for Your Business

Reliable books make business decisions easier. TaxQue helps organise sales, purchases, bank transactions and expense records into the bookkeeping scope agreed for your business. Start by sharing the accounting period, business activity, software used and approximate monthly transaction volume.

Choose a plan based on the records you need maintained and the reporting you expect. Confirm transaction limits, bank reconciliation, opening-balance cleanup, payroll and return-filing responsibilities before work begins. Statutory audit, tax audit and historical corrections are separate unless your engagement expressly includes them.

What is Accounting & Bookkeeping?

Bookkeeping is the systematic recording and classification of business transactions using source documents such as invoices, bank statements and receipts. It supports preparation of ledgers, reconciliations and management reports; the exact accounting basis and outputs should be agreed for the client’s entity and business.

Accounting & Bookkeeping

Turn business records into organised accounts: Provide invoices, bank statements and supporting vouchers for the period so entries can be classified consistently.

Reconcile balances and investigate differences: Compare recorded transactions with bank and supporting records; resolve missing information with your confirmation.

Agree the reports and delivery cycle: Set the bookkeeping period, report format and review frequency. Filings and audit work need their own stated scope.

Choose a plan around actual transaction volume

Confirm the number of transactions, entities, bank accounts and periods covered. Incomplete historical records or additional accounts can require a revised scope and fee.

Process

How to Get Started

1

Step 01

1. Confirm scope and collect source records

Agree the entity, accounting period, basis, transaction volume, systems, reporting needs and any separately engaged compliance work.

  1. 1Collect sales and purchase invoices, bank statements, receipts, expense records and opening balances.
  2. 2Confirm the chart of accounts, opening trial balance and who approves accounting questions or adjustments.
2

Step 02

2. Record and reconcile transactions

Classify transactions from the supplied evidence, reconcile agreed accounts and flag missing, duplicate or inconsistent items.

  1. 1Post transactions to the agreed ledger structure and reconcile bank, customer, supplier and control balances.
  2. 2Review stock, fixed assets, payroll and GST-related records where included in scope.
3

Step 03

3. Review and deliver reports

Share agreed ledgers and management reports for client review, list unresolved items and deliver the final period records after approval.

  1. 1Client confirms the business facts, source documents and proposed adjustments before final reports are issued.
  2. 2Statutory audit, certification, tax return filing and portal submissions are separate unless expressly included in the engagement.

Bookkeeping Periods, Reporting and Related Due Dates

Separate GST, income-tax, TDS, payroll, company/LLP filing and audit deadlines depend on the client’s facts and current official rules and must be checked separately.

Threshold

Accounting and Bookkeeping Applicability

Any business seeking organized transaction records, reconciliations or regular management reports can use bookkeeping support. Statutory record-keeping duties vary by legal form, accounting period, GST or other registrations, transaction type and applicable law. There is no single turnover threshold that determines whether a business needs bookkeeping support. For companies, Companies Act section 128 contains books-of-account requirements. GST-registered persons have separate records and accounts obligations under the CGST Act and Rules. The applicable obligations and retention periods must be checked for the entity and relevant period.

Benefits

Why Choose Accounting & Bookkeeping

Regular, well-organized records help the business review cash flows, receivables, payables, expenses and operating results. Benefits depend on timely source information and review by the client.

✅

Clear transaction history

Consistent recording makes it easier to trace entries to invoices, receipts, bank statements and other supporting records.

Reconciled balances

Routine reconciliation helps identify unmatched bank entries, customer or supplier differences and missing documentation for follow-up.

🛡️

Useful management reports

Agreed ledgers and periodic reports help owners monitor business activity and provide organized records for separately engaged tax, audit or finance work.

Eligibility
