A trademark protects the name, logo or tagline customers recognise you by. We run the public search to check it is available, file in the right class, reply to the examination report, deal with any opposition, and track it through to registration — then handle the renewal every ten years so the mark never lapses.

A patent gives you 20 years of protection for a genuine invention — but only if the application survives a prior-art search and the examiner's objections. We run the patentability search, draft the specification and claims, file the provisional or complete application, respond to the First Examination Report, and see it through to grant.

Copyright exists the moment you create an original work — but a registration certificate is what you show a court, a marketplace or an infringer. We file copyright applications for literary work, software, artwork, music and films, respond to any objection from the Copyright Office, and see the application through to the entry in the Register.
