What is different about Chhattisgarh?
Post-incorporation, enterprises in Chhattisgarh must comply with the Chhattisgarh Vritti Kar Adhiniyam 1995. The company must enroll for a Professional Tax Enrolment Certificate (PTEC) within 30 days of registration, and deduct PTRC from eligible employees. Additionally, your registered premises should obtain a Chhattisgarh Gumasta Panjiyan under the Chhattisgarh Shops and Establishments Act 1958.
