What is different about Telangana?
Post-incorporation, enterprises in Telangana must comply with the Telangana Tax on Professions, Trades, Callings and Employments Act. The company must enroll for a Professional Tax Enrolment Certificate (PTEC) within 30 days of registration, and deduct PTRC from eligible employees. Additionally, your registered premises should obtain a Telangana Shop Registration under the Telangana Shops and Establishments Act 1988.
Stamp duty and official charges: Official government fees are collected transparently based on published statutory schedules issued by the relevant Telangana and Central authorities. All government challans are shared directly with the client.
