LLP Annual Form 11 and Form 8 Filing Support

Keep annual LLP filings aligned with the partner and financial records for the year. TaxQue helps prepare Form 11, Form 8 or the combination expressly covered by your plan. Share the LLPIN, financial year and filing history before selecting the service.

Form 11 and Form 8 serve different reporting purposes; the LLP income-tax return is a separate filing. Confirm whether accounts preparation, professional certification or audit is included. Late filing, historical corrections and event-based forms need their own review and may involve additional official and professional charges.

What is LLP Annual Form Filing?

LLP Annual Form Filing — Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) Registration — TaxQue

Distinguish the annual forms: Form 11 is the LLP annual return; Form 8 concerns the statement of account and solvency.

Use consistent partner and financial records: Review contribution, partner information and relevant accounts before approving the disclosures.

Confirm certification and tax-return scope: Annual form preparation does not automatically include audit, certification, bookkeeping or the LLP income-tax return.

Check the current official requirement

Forms, fees, due dates and eligibility can change and may differ by entity, state, activity or tax year. We confirm the relevant official instructions and the applicant’s facts before filing. FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers about LLP Annual Form Filing

Form 11 is the statutory Annual Return mandated under Section 35 of the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008, filed by every registered LLP with the Registrar of Companies (ROC). It contains a summary of partners, total capital contributions, details of penalties, and body corporate partners. Every active or inactive LLP must file Form 11 every year.

Under Rule 25(1) of LLP Rules, Form 11 must be filed within 60 days from the closure of the financial year, which falls on or before 30th May every year (e.g. 30th May 2026 for FY 2025-26). Filing after 30th May attracts heavy compounding daily penalties.

Under the LLP Act, failing to file Form 11 by 30th May incurs MCA additional fees of 1x to 15x (small LLPs) or 30x (other LLPs) the normal fee up to 360 days, plus ₹10/₹20 per day beyond 360 days with no upper cap. TaxQue files your Form 11 in early May to protect you from late fees.

Yes! Filing Form 11 is 100% compulsory for every registered LLP from the year of incorporation, even if there was zero revenue, zero bank transactions, or zero commercial activity. Non-filing blocks other MCA filings and leads to designated partner disqualification.

Your Form 11 is prepared by a dedicated Company Secretary and corporate legal associate. If your LLP's turnover exceeds ₹5 Crores or capital contribution exceeds ₹50 Lakhs, our practicing Company Secretary provides the mandatory Certificate of Practice (COP) digital certification.
