A Limited Liability Partnership has its own annual filings — Form 11 (annual return) by 30 May, Form 8 (statement of account and solvency) by 30 October — plus changes to partners, the LLP agreement, or the registered office as they happen. We incorporate LLPs and keep existing ones compliant, so the flat per-day penalty never starts running.

Everything a private limited or one-person company files with the MCA after incorporation — changing the registered office, adding or removing a director, allotting or transferring shares, increasing authorised capital, registering a charge. Each is a separate e-form with its own attachments and deadline. We prepare the paperwork, get it signed and filed, and update the company's records.

Setting up a Section 8 company, trust or society, and then keeping it eligible for the exemptions donors care about — 12A and 80G registration, annual Form 10B audit, the FCRA return if there is foreign funding, and the ROC or state filings. We register the entity and run the compliance that keeps its tax-exempt status intact.
