Md Afzal, the visionary founder of TaxQue, has an impressive academic and professional background in corporate administration and law. After completing his Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) with a specialization in corporate administration, he pursued further professional growth by enrolling in the prestigious Chartered Accountancy (CA) program.

While progressing through the rigorous CA curriculum, Md Afzal developed a deep understanding of taxation, finance, and compliance. However, in 2019, just before attempting the CA final exam, he made the bold decision to step away from the program to focus on entrepreneurial pursuits. This pivotal choice marked the beginning of TaxQue, where he applied his expertise to simplify tax compliance for individuals and businesses.

In 2020, Md Afzal further strengthened his credentials by completing his LLB from the Integrated School of Law (ISL), Ghaziabad. His combined knowledge of law, finance, and taxation allowed him to identify and address key challenges in tax compliance, laying the foundation for TaxQue's innovative approach.

In 2019, he founded TaxQue as a sole proprietorship with the vision of digitizing and simplifying tax management processes. Driven by his commitment to innovation and client satisfaction, TaxQue quickly gained traction, becoming a trusted name in the industry.

Recognizing the growing potential of TaxQue, Md Afzal incorporated the company as TaxQue LLP. This transition marked a significant milestone in its journey toward providing structured and scalable solutions for clients.

In a strategic move to enhance the brand's capabilities and reach, Md Afzal reached a consensus to sell the TaxQue brand name to ARB FinTech LLP. This integration ensures that TaxQue continues to thrive under the stewardship of ARB FinTech LLP, further solidifying its reputation for reliability and innovation in the tax solutions industry.
