These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the TaxQue platform and services provided by ARB FinTech LLP ("we," "our," "us"). By using our website ("Site") or availing of our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our platform.

1. General Terms

• TaxQue by ARB FinTech LLP operates as a tax, compliance, and financial services provider.
• Goods and Services Tax (GST) is applicable to all fees. GST invoices and Input Tax Credit (ITC) are provided if a GSTIN is submitted at the time of payment.
• Government fees related to specific services will be notified and charged upfront, to be remitted to the respective authorities.

2. Use of the Platform

By accessing our Site, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and updated information during registration and service use.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and account activities.
• Refrain from engaging in unauthorized, unethical, or unlawful use of our platform, including but not limited to hacking, data mining, or automated resource access.
• Avoid sharing, duplicating, or reselling our services or resources.

Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in termination of access, legal action, and liability for damages.

3. Responsibilities and Conduct

• Users are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information provided for our services.
• TaxQue’s service obligations are complete once the user is granted access to the platform or the requested service is delivered.
• Users agree not to post or share illegal, offensive, defamatory, or infringing content through any communication tools available on the platform.

4. Service Fees and Pricing

• Pricing includes service fees, applicable government charges, and taxes. Additional fees may apply for amendments, additional requests, or resubmissions due to incomplete or incorrect information.
• TaxQue reserves the right to modify service pricing and terms without prior notice.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellation requests must be made before service processing begins. A 20% cancellation fee will apply.
• Refunds will be processed within 4-5 weeks after approval, subject to applicable deductions.
• Refund requests for government processing delays or force majeure events will not be entertained.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

• All materials, content, and resources on the TaxQue platform are the intellectual property of ARB FinTech LLP and are protected under applicable laws.
• Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of TaxQue’s intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

7. Privacy Policy

Our commitment to safeguarding your personal data is detailed in the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By using our platform, you consent to the practices outlined in the Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

• TaxQue’s liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.
• We are not responsible for losses arising from user errors, government platform delays, or legal outcomes beyond our control.

9. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to terminate access to our platform and services if a user breaches these Terms or engages in illegal or unethical activities. Upon termination, all user rights to the platform and services cease immediately.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Patna, Bihar.
