The referral program is eligible for existing customers
of TaxQue and is not applicable to its employees.
The referred friend or family member should not be already
registered with TaxQue. If details of the referred client already exist in
TaxQue database as an existing client, then it shall not be considered
for the referral reward program. TaxQue reserves the right to exclude such
referrals while calculating the rewards.
Referral rewards can be received only by residents of India.
The email provided to receive OTP.
Qualified Referral Criteria:
A qualified referral will be a customer who:
1. Is availing the Trademark & Startup Services (or)
2. Makes a payment of more than INR 1,000 to TaxQue
for any other services as defined by the company.
Payment must be made within 45 days of signup after being
referred.
The referrer is eligible to earn rewards on completion of
the below events, whichever is later:
1. The Referred Customer must complete an order for
Trademark, Startup, or any other services with a total value greater than INR 5,000,
minus all fees including taxes, government fees, chargebacks, fraudulent
payments, and/or other 3rd party fees (or)
2. 30 calendar days after the referred customer paid for
Trademark, Startup, or any other services he/she paid more than INR 5,000 for
their purchase.

Note: Maximum reward INR 3000 per client and INR 10000 per user.
The referrer has the option to avail the reward in cash or
as a service credit for availing other services on TaxQue.
If your friend is referred by multiple other referrers, the
reward will be processed for the first referrer who created the first lead
to TaxQue.
TaxQue may suspend or terminate the Refer and Earn
program or any user’s ability to participate in the program at any time
without prior notice at their discretion. Referral rewards earned as a
result of fraudulent activities will be revoked and deemed invalid.
TaxQue reserves the right to amend these terms and
conditions at any time without any prior notice. Modifications of these terms
will be effective from the time they are updated in the Terms and Conditions
section.
The Referred Customer and the Referrer cannot be the same
person (for example, by using a different email address), nor can they come
from within the same household as the Referrer. The Referred Customer has to be
a “new” customer (they have never signed up for TaxQue before).
